Lifetime Warranty: All frames, made from dried hardwood, wood and metal legs, stitching, springs and moving mechanisms when subjected to normal usage.

Five-Year Warranty: All leathers. Under normal usage, they will outlast this warranty by far. However, damages caused by burns, cuts, scratches by animals, discoloration by exposure to direct sunlight or heating sources, damages and discoloration caused by oily hair or perspiration, as well as improper cleaning, are not covered. Light changes to the color are normal.

Three-Year Warranty: Workmanship and filling materials, such as high-density polyurethane foam, subjected to normal usage.

One-Year Warranty: All fabrics subjected to normal usage. Pilling on some fabrics is a characteristic of the structure of the fibers and is considered normal. The restrictions covering leather also apply to fabric.Electric motors ordered as an option on reclining models are also guaranteed for one year.

This guarantee does not include mechanisms that are bent, as this is not a manufacturer defect.

Preventive maintenance for mechanisms: To prevent mechanism from making noise, you can apply white grease in the form of a spray, to all moving parts.
